3. Delivery Terms

We use reputable domestic and international carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL. All orders are sent via a Tracked Service. A tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, Jerseysteams.com acts as the Importer of Record. We pre-pay all sales taxes, GST, and Import Duties. The price you pay at checkout is the Guaranteed Final Price. You will not be contacted by customs or couriers for additional regional payments.

5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our fulfillment operations. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Note: Custom-printed jerseys (with specific names or numbers) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with the return authorization and the appropriate instructions for our domestic logistics chain.
3. Package the item securely and include your original packing slip.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Jerseysteams covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind/Size Exchange: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage to our designated US processing facility.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our processing facility:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Restocking Fees

Transparency is key to our service. Jerseysteams does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
