• Product Condition: Items must be in New, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exceptions: Custom-printed jerseys (featuring custom player names or numbers) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return (By Mail)

All returns are processed via mail through our US operations center. Follow these steps to return your package:

1. Contact our support team at help@jerseysteams.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the specific return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, enclose your order slip, and mail it to our designated US return processing hub.

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, Jerseysteams covers 100% of the return costs. We will provide a prepaid downloadable return label via email.
• Customer Preference / Size Exchange: If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping postage.
