Yes. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After this time, your order is dispatched from our London hub and cannot be cancelled.

Customized jerseys are printed immediately and are considered final sale. They cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@jerseysteams.com with your order number and full name.

If 12 hours have passed, your order is already in transit. You will need to wait to receive the item and then contact us to initiate a return under our 30-day return policy.

Once your cancellation is processed, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) via our secure Stripe gateway.
