Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee: We offer a 30-day window for returns on all official kits, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Note: Custom-printed jerseys (with specific names or numbers) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@jerseysteams.com with your order number.
- Our team will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping address for our Manchester hub.
- Package the item securely and include your original packing slip.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Jerseysteams covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind/Size Exchange: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage to our UK facility.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our Manchester facility:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Restocking Fees
Transparency is key to our service. Jerseysteams does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
